Things to Know About Your Bus Ride to Walt Disney World Once a bus is available, Cast Members will again, scan your MagicBands to make sure you are boarding the correct Magical Express bus. You may wait for 5 minutes, or even 20, though that is not the norm. After that, they will assign you a row number to enter. Once you arrived at the Disney Magical Express check-in, you will, well, check-in! The Cast Member will ask each member of your party to “tap-in” with their MagicBand. You will not be able to cross over to Side B on either Level 1 or Level 2. If your baggage claim is on Side A, you will have claim your bags, and then return to Level 3 before crossing over to Side B. Please note: If you choose not to participate in the complimentary luggage delivery, you will have to retrieve your luggage from baggage claim before checking in to Magical Express.īaggage claim on both sides is Level 2 and Level 1. There you will follow the signs to Disney’s Magical Express check-in and loading area. Follow the signs and take the escalators or elevators to Level 1. You may have landed on Side A, and will have to cross the airport to get to side B. Once you arrive in the main area (Level 3), look for signs for Side B’s Ground Transportation. There are people movers (automated “trains”) that will take you to the main area (Level 3).
